Guided tour of Seville

As Arturo Pérez Reverte said, “No one could invent a city like Seville”… and we wholeheartedly agree!

If you’re travelling in Andalusia, Seville is a city that you must visit. Its historic center is the biggest in Spain and for sure one of the prettiest that you can visit. Amazing buildings will bring you back at the time when Cristopher Colombus returned after discovering America and you will discover the Islamic culture in every corner of the city. All without forgetting the charm and the “art” that is breathed thanks to the locals of this beautiful city.

Join us for a visit of this amazing city where we will show you the most emblematic points, its history and facts with a little bit of Andalusian humour.

In Málaga Adventures we organise guided tours of Seville for private groups and excursions, leaving from Málaga.

Tour Routes

In this garden you will come back to the time when Christopher Colombus sailed to discover America in 1492. Moreover, we will discover together the great importance that Seville had in Andalusia during those years.

Take a walk in one of the oldest and most important neighborhoods of Seville. By visiting the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, we will immerse ourselves in its narrow streets characterized by the presence of houses in typical Andalusian style and we will discover together some curiosities of the city.

The Alcazar of Seville is one of the oldest palaces of the city, built by the Muslims when they arrived to conquer the Peninsula. After the Christian conquest of the city, the royals of Spain will use it like their residence, even if the palace will maintain its beautiful mudejar style that, still today, astonishes tourists from all over the world.

The Cathedral of Seville, also known as Cathedral of Santa Maria, is one of the longest in the world and it has been built on the old Mosque of the city. One of the most important elements of the cathedral is the Giralda, the bell tower, where we can observe the mix between the Muslim and the Christian influences.

The Gold Tower of Seville is an emblematic monument of the city, situated along the Guadalquivir river. Built by the Muslims, it was renovated during the centuries. Today, the Gold Tower houses a naval museum that exhibits various objects and pieces related to the maritime life of Sevilla. It allows to have the view on the neighborhood of Triana.

Plaza de España is situated in Maria Luisa Park of Seville. It was built for the Ibero-American exhibition of 1929. In this square you will remain astonished for the beauty of its architecture, for its colours and for the flamenco shows hosted here. Moreover, you will discover with us why Plaza de España is considered the Treasure of the European Film Culture!

I went on the free walking tour with Imma and I had a great time! Imma was really friendly and her style was both... humorous and informative; there was certainly a lot of laughter during the tour! I learnt a lot about the history and culture of Malaga (and also Andalusia in general), and I think the different stops on the tour were really well chosen. The tour lasted 1 hour 30 mins and was the perfect way of getting an insight into this fantastic city!plus
