Tour Route

Gardens of Murillo

In this garden you will come back to the time when Christopher Colombus sailed to discover America in 1492. Moreover, we will discover together the great importance that Seville had in Andalusia during those years.

Santa Cruz neighbourhood

Take a walk in one of the oldest and most important neighborhoods of Seville. By visiting the neighborhood of Santa Cruz, we will immerse ourselves in its narrow streets characterized by the presence of houses in typical Andalusian style and we will discover together some curiosities of the city.

Alcazar of Seville

The Alcazar of Seville is one of the oldest palaces of the city, built by the Muslims when they arrived to conquer the Peninsula. After the Christian conquest of the city, the royals of Spain will use it like their residence, even if the palace will maintain its beautiful mudejar style that, still today, astonishes tourists from all over the world.

Cathedral of Seville

The Cathedral of Seville, also known as Cathedral of Santa Maria, is one of the longest in the world and it has been built on the old Mosque of the city. One of the most important elements of the cathedral is the Giralda, the bell tower, where we can observe the mix between the Muslim and the Christian influences.

Archive of the Indies

The Archive of the Indies in Seville contains all the documents referring to the contacts between Spain and “the New World”. It’s a huge Archive where are preserved 80 millions of pages, 8.000 maps and drawings. Moreover you can find here some documents with the signature of Christopher Columbus.

The gold tower

The Gold Tower of Seville is an emblematic monument of the city, situated along the Guadalquivir river. Built by the Muslims, it was renovated during the centuries. Today, the Gold Tower houses a naval museum that exhibits various objects and pieces related to the maritime life of Sevilla. It allows to have the view on the neighborhood of Triana.

Plaza De España

Plaza de España is situated in Maria Luisa Park of Seville. It was built for the Ibero-American exhibition of 1929. In this square you will remain astonished for the beauty of its architecture, for its colours and for the flamenco shows hosted here. Moreover, you will discover with us why Plaza de España is considered the Treasure of the European Film Culture!

I went on the free walking tour with Imma and I had a great time! Imma was really friendly and her style was both... humorous and informative; there was certainly a lot of laughter during the tour! I learnt a lot about the history and culture of Malaga (and also Andalusia in general), and I think the different stops on the tour were really well chosen. The tour lasted 1 hour 30 mins and was the perfect way of getting an insight into this fantastic city!leggi di più
