How to recognize our tour guides?
The guide will be waiting for you at the meeting point.
Upon booking, we will also provide you with their phone number in case you are late or cannot find the meeting place.
Frequently Asked Questions
If the cancellation is the company’s responsibility, we will provide an alternative day and time so that the client can participate in any other available tour at no additional cost. If a solution cannot be found, we will refund the full amount.
Clients who cancel their reservation (for both private and scheduled tours) 14 days or more before the tour date will receive a 100% refund. Clients who cancel their reservation less than 14 days before the tour date will not receive a refund under any circumstances. The client will have the option to take the booked tour on any other day, within one year (from the date of the tour).
Reservations are recommended for the guided tour of the Alcazaba.
The guide must know how many people will be participating in the tour in order to book tickets.
If you have any problems making the payment online, you can send a WhatsApp message to confirm your attendance so the guide can take care of your reservation.
The meeting point is next to the glass pyramid on Calle Alcazabilla.
The guide will be waiting for you wearing a red T-shirt with the Málaga Adventures logo.
