Malaga Adventures Reviews

Kush Gueorguieva

We had a lovely tour of Malaga, our guide Aneke was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent tips for extra things we could do while in Malaga. I would recommend the free walking tour of Malaga.

We had a really amazing tour of the Alcazaba. Kevin, our guide, was so engaging and knowledgeable. Besides learning about the Alcazaba we also learned about some regional history and even some factoids and tips about the town which enriched our trip. Many thanks from Sweden!

Meeting point

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there Alcazaba Tour every day?

Yes! Every day we offer the Alcazaba Tour at 4 pm.

As a general rule, when there are less than 4 people in the group, the tour may be cancelled. But no worries, this rarely happens!

It is necessary to book the Alcazaba tour in advance?

We ask you to always book the Alcazaba tour beforehand for 2 reasons:

The first one is that the Alcazaba tour is not like the free tour, if there are no bookings that day, the guide won’t go to the meeting point.

The second reason is that if you are late or don’t find the meeting point, you can always contact the guide!

How do I find you?

You will find a guide with a red t-shirt and umbrella of Málaga Adventures at the Glass Pyramid in front of the Roman Theatre. We recommend you to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts!

Where does the visit end?

The visit ends at the viewpoint of the Alcazaba. You can ask your guide all the questions you want to be able to enjoy your vacation.

What happens if I am late for the tour?

Don’t worry, everyone has been late at least once!

If it is possible, try to send us a message on WhatsApp to let the guide know that you are late.

If that is not possible, the guide will be buying tickets at the entrance of the Alcazaba. You will find them close to the entrance where they will be explaining the first point of the tour.

If you still cannot find the guide, you can contact us and we will make a new reservation for you.

Can I come to the Alcazaba Tour with a stroller?

The Alcazaba has many narrow stairs, and the ground is very uneven. For this reason we do not recommend of coming with a stroller.

Accessibility

This tour is not suitable for weelchairs.

Can I go with my dog?

Dog are not permitted during the tour.

Do I need a good fitness level for this tour?

Even if you don’t require a good fitness level, we do not recommend this tour to people with serious mobility impairments.

What happens if it rains?

Rain in Málaga comes in 2 intensity levels:

The first one is a little rain, during which our visits can continue without any inconvenience. The other one is the Great Flood during which it seems the sky is falling down.

If we expect the latter, we will contact you and postpone the visit to another time when the weather is better.

Can I leave before the tour ends?

Of course you can! We understand that your schedule might be packed very full in order to enjoy this city in the best way possible! Just let the tour guide know you will leave before the end so they don’t think you are lost! The important thing for us is that you enjoy yourself and discover Málaga!
