Of course you will find countless stores all over the historical city center (especially on the Larios street). However, if you are loking for shopping centers, most of them are located a little further from touristic spots (but most of them still within a walking distance).

Larios Centro is probably the most popular shopping center in Málaga when city center is considered. Over 150 stores reside on its 2 floors. Arguably Larios’ most important store is Primark with its low budget items (especially for tourists from countries where the brand is not avaliable). You can also find there Zara, recently opened H&M and other popular chain stores along side some Spanish brands which makes it a perfect spot for a fashion hunt. Additionally, Larios provides 2 floors of parking, which can hold about 1500 cars.
Apart from the wide choice of stores you can also enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants of the food court, starting with always present ones like McDonald’s, finishing with Gorki with tapas or Block House with steaks.

One of the top 5 Shopping centers of Malaga is the Vialia shopping center with its over 80 shops is a 15-20 minutes walk from Málaga’s center and just a 5 minutes from the Larios shopping center. This is the newest shopping center in Málaga.
This shopping center is a part of the María Zambrano train station with the bus station right outside. It is not only a hub for shopping, but also for travelling so you can use this opportunity to do some shopping while you are waiting for your train or bus. It is also well adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the top floor you can enjoy a movie in a cinema.

This one is located at the edge of town, close to the airport. It is worth a visit however because it stands out from other shopping centers: it’s shops are located outside so it looks more like a village than a typical mall. There are more than 300 shops and a lot of restaurants, a cinema, even a gas station. You should also check out “Pause & Play”, a casino-like store which offers a variety of games and entertainment to spend your time.
You can reach it via public transport, train or bus, or you can take the car and use the free parking possibilities. It is adapted for people with disabilities. Across the street there is also an IKEA.

Located in the north-west of the city, the Rosaleda Shopping Center offers about 120 shops, including a cinema. Its name stems from the rose plantations that used to exist it this part of town. The shopping center opened its doors in 1993, which makes it the oldest one in Málaga. Inside you can find multiple chain stores, restaurants and a big Decathlon store for sport lovers.

The last but not least on our list of the top shopping centers of Málaga is Málaga Plaza. The skylight in the roof distributes natural daylight through the the buildng. There are 60 stores inside, while the entire top floor is filled by a FNAC store. FNAC is the right address for you if you are looking for music, movies, tv shows or electronics.
