1. What happens if I am late for the tour?
It is really important to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour in order to find your tour guide and do the check-in.
If you are a little late, please contact us via Whatsapp so we can try to reach the tour guide.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, w offer you the possibility to join the next available tour since, once the group enter inside the monument, it is not possible to join the tour.

2. What happens if I cannot come to the tour?
If you cannot come to the tour, you have to notify us via Whatsapp to inform you about the next available tour that you can join.

3. What is included in the service that I have bought?
You have purchased a guided tour of the Alcazaba with an official guide. The entrance to the monument is included in the price. The Gibralfaro Castle is a different monument and is NOT included in the price.
4. In which languages is the purchased tour available?
The tour is available in English or Spanish. Please check to book the correct language for the tour.
5. How long does the visit last?
The tour lasts aproximately 1 h and a half.
6. Where can I park?
Please consider that parking t¡in the historical center of Málaga is quite complicated. We recommend you to reach the meeting point by bus or walking. If you arrive by car, check some of the public transports
7. Accessibility of the monument
The Alcazaba is not suitable for people with mobility problems or reduced mobility.
8.Are pets allowed in the Alcazaba?
Pets are not allowed in the Alcazaba. Only guide dogs are allowed to enter.
9. Which one is the meeting point?
The meeting point is Alcazabilla Street, close to the glass pyramid in front of the Roman theatre.
10. How can I recongnise the tour guide?
The tour guides will be at the meeting point with a red t-shirt/jacket and umbrella of Malaga Adventures.

If you have made the booking of the guided tour for Sundays afternoon, 27th of September, 28th of February or 18th of May, you only bought the guided tour since the entrance to the monument is free.
